A three-hat Japanese cuisine Minamishima &quot;Southern Wei&quot;, which is the surname of sushi master Kiochi Minamishima, this sushi restaurant can be ranked among the three hats, relying on the sushi master&#39;s 25 years of experience of superb knife and hand, compared with the creative Western food gorgeous display, The whole 13 sushi focus on restoring the most authentic taste of the first-class ingredients, the restaurant interior is also very simple, the overall feeling is about the road to simplicity, the price is the most close to the people in the three hats, booked more than two months in advance, only for this Melbourne&#39;s most elegant sushi.

This place really lived up to expectations. We had the feed me menu. The food was delicious, good selection of wine and beer, the service was great and there was a vibe that was not pretentious. We are locals and will definitely be back! The only small suggestion is to make the green tea ice-cream a touch sweeter.

It would be hard to upstage the very eclectic decor, but the menu range and the food quality manage to do so.  Furthermore, service is very friendly and efficient.  In all, an outstanding restaurant.

Everything was tasty, service was friendly but wouldn&#39;t say it&#39;s value for money. Main portions are quite small. Sides/salads also arrived well before mains which I haven&#39;t experienced at a restaurant before.
